Niesteroidowe leki przeciwzapalne (NLPZ) to jedna z najczęściej stosowanych przez pacjentów oraz ordynowanych przez lekarzy grup leków. Są częścią naszej codzienności – widzimy je przy kasach w sklepach spożywczych i na stacjach benzynowych, a w telewizji oglądamy coraz bardziej kreatywne reklamy z ich udziałem. Ich powszechność nie oznacza jednak, że leki te są proste w obsłudze – ich stosowanie wiąże się z wieloma zagrożeniami, a dobór odpowiedniej substancji wymaga uwzględnienia wielu zmiennych. W poniższym artykule prezentujemy ogólne zasady, o których należy pamiętać, zlecając terapię lekami z grupy NLPZ.
