Wraz z rozpoczęciem sezonu infekcyjnego nie tylko zwiększa się liczba pacjentów w gabinetach lekarzy POZ, ale również liczba reklam preparatów wzmacniających odporność. Jednak czy stosowanie witaminy C lub żeń-szenia ma sens? Czy niesie ze sobą ryzyko interakcji lub może nawet pogorszyć stan zdrowia?
